Breathing into your Stillness Series
Winter has arrived and with it comes an opportune moment to slow down, reflect and connect with your quiet interior world. 2025 is an especially auspicious year to align with your inner landscape and to develop a more authentic self-connection. It's about showing up for yourself.
In addition to breath work, every session will be a mixture of light easy spinal movement, grounding techniques, reflection and meditation. It is said that it takes 40 days to break a habit or to form a new one. During this six week journey, you will use the medicine of meditation and breath work to make a quantum shift within, enhancing the quality of your life and understanding what it is to be a more blissful human.
For one hour every Wednesday, we will explore a different breath, mediation and theme.

Each weekly session will be conducted via Zoom. Participants will be muted and their videos turned off. This will allow participants to go more deeply into the privacy of their meditation and breath work.
For convenience, all classes are recorded & emailed to you for later unlimited viewing in your own time zone.
Our breath is the primary relationship we have with ourselves. It is fundamental to our well-being. During this six-week course, you will learn how to harness the immense power of your breath to reconnect with your deep core, and surrender to the presence of your true self. Every session will introduce a new breath technique prescribed to bring about different states of well-being and relaxation. The aim of a breath work practice is:
to reduce stress and anxiety
to help you sleep better
to release trauma
to manage trigger points
to create more balance & well-being in your body
to become more aware and loving towards yourself
to tame thoughts and increase mental clarity
to live with greater mindfulness, connection & contentment
to quiet the mind and open the heart
